Delete your account

You can also do this inside the app, under More → Delete account. This page is here for when you no longer have the app installed.

What is deleted

• Your account: the Google identity it was created from, your email, display name, and username.
• Your stitch balance, and any unused free credits. These have no cash value and cannot be refunded or transferred.
• Every model or look you shared, and the image files themselves — not just the links. Nobody you shared with can open them afterwards.
• Everyone you granted access to, and every grant other people made to you.
• Your sign-in sessions on every device.

What stays, and why

• Payment records. We keep the record that a purchase happened, because it is part of our own accounting. It is no longer linked to you — the account it pointed at no longer exists.
• Your username is retired, not released. It is not given to anyone else. A username that could be re-registered by a stranger would let them receive things people meant for you.
• Server logs keep their shape (an error, a request count) with your account identifier removed.

What we never had

No photograph of you ever reaches our servers. Your models, looks and designs live only on your phone unless you shared one or sent it with a problem report — deleting the app removes those too. See the Privacy Policy for the full picture.
